User Agreement
Welcome to LoadMaster.
By using LoadMaster, you acknowledge that you have accepted the terms below. If you do not agree to the following terms, you must not use LoadMaster.
- Trial
After registering a LoadMaster account, you may use all the product features on a pay-per-use basis. If you wish to trial this product, you must provide relevant qualification materials as required by Beijing Daweihengtong Information Technology Co., Ltd., so that you can trial the product for free. Whether you use the product on a pay-per-use, trial, or annual basis, you may enter your company's real data.
The trial automatically terminates upon expiration. Beijing Daweihengtong Information Technology Co., Ltd. has the right to terminate the trial unilaterally.
- Confidentiality
LoadMaster commits to strictly keeping confidential the data stored under user accounts, not disclosing the user's data to any organization or individual, and reserves the right to modify its confidentiality and security provisions.
The confidentiality obligation does not apply to: (i) information that is already known to the public for reasons not attributable to Beijing Daweihengtong Information Technology Co., Ltd. ("our company"); (ii) information learned through channels other than our company that are not subject to confidentiality obligations; (iii) information disclosed in compliance with applicable laws or required by courts or other competent state authorities; (iv) the fact that a user is using or has used LoadMaster.
- Usage Rights
It is forbidden to sell, resell, copy or develop trial rights, or to imitate LoadMaster products for commercial purposes; copying and imitating LoadMaster's design concepts, interfaces, features and charts is prohibited. You may only use the product internally within your company. Sending marketing or illegal messages is prohibited; sending and storing viruses, worms, trojans, and other harmful computer code, files, scripts and programs is prohibited.
- Responsibilities
You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account and must comply with local and national laws and regulations.
To help you get started smoothly with LoadMaster, we will send you some guidance emails about how to start using the software.
- Account Information and Data
LoadMaster is not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, legality or loss of the data you enter.
After the validity period of your trial account ends, LoadMaster has no obligation to store any data you entered during the trial.
- Intellectual Property
Beijing Daweihengtong Information Technology Co., Ltd. fully owns all intellectual property rights to LoadMaster. The LoadMaster name and logo are trademarks of Beijing Daweihengtong Information Technology Co., Ltd. and may not be used without authorization.
- Warranty Clause
Each part of this agreement is subject to law. Both parties must ensure they have the legal right to agree to this agreement. You warrant that you will not use false information or identity to obtain LoadMaster trial services.
- Internet Latency
LoadMaster may be subject to limitations, delays and other issues inherent in the Internet and electronic communications. LoadMaster is not responsible for any delays, transmission failures or other losses caused by such issues.
- Modification of Terms
LoadMaster reserves the right to modify the terms of this agreement at any time. Continued use after any modification will be deemed acceptance of those modifications.
